Our flat fee formation services take you from start to finish through the formation process, beginning with selecting a name for your nonprofit and the filing of your articles of incorporation through its bylaws and appointment of officers and directors and receipt of your state and federal tax-exempt statuses.

We provide strategic advice to innovative nonprofits and trend-setting social entrepreneurs primarily in the areas of sustainability, product or program diversification, branding, capitalization models, strategic planning and business model design and development. Our goal: value exceeding the costs of our services.
